Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a meeting of the College Council on Sunday, October 20, 2024, in the presence of all its members, in which he conveyed the directives of Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul, regarding the academic process in our dear university. The Council also discussed the minutes of the two scientific committees for the Private Law Branch and the Public Law Branch, and the minutes of the Graduate Studies Committee for the Private Law Branch, as well as reviewing the recommendations related to the scientific workshop held by the Private Law Branch entitled Observations on the Iraqi Arbitration Law Draft for the year 2024. The Council also discussed issues related to approving the titles of the scientific and student conferences scheduled to be held during the current academic year 2024-2025. It also discussed a number of issues related to financial and student affairs, in addition to reviewing a number of issues on its agenda and taking decisions and recommendations regarding them.
