Headed by Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh and membership of Dr. Muhannad Ibrahim Ali and Dr. Munhal Abdul-Ghani Mustafa, the Seminars Committee for the Private Law Branch met on Sunday, October 20, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the master’s student Abdul-Wahhab Fawaz Abdul under the supervision of Dr. Ayser Essam Daoud and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Branch.
