Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in the presence of a number of members of the College Council, received on Monday, October 21, 2024, Ms. Christine Corjo, Educational and Linguistic Cooperation Attaché at the French Embassy in the Republic of Iraq. During the meeting, ways of joint cooperation between our college and French educational institutions were discussed, as well as the possibility of teaching the French language within the educational curricula of our college, as it is one of the living languages on the global level, in addition to the distinguished role of French culture in the field of legal jurisprudence and its branching sciences. The French side also stressed the possibility of the French-Iraqi Cultural Institute located in the second complex of the Presidency of the University of Mosul for development courses that help develop and enhance the French language for our college cadres and students. The above meeting represents the scientific and research role of the Deanship of our college in the context of its communication and interaction with national and international scientific, research and academic institutions, and its role in keeping up with everything new and innovative in the field of general and precise specialization.
