In the presence of Dr. Ayser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Branch, headed by Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad Abdullah, and the membership of Dr. Habib Idris Issa, Dr. Raeda Muhammad Mahmoud, and Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Branch met on Sunday, November 3, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student, Naktal Saleh Hussein, under the supervision of Dr. Duha Muhammad Saeed, and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Branch.
