In the presence of Dr. Ayser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Department, and headed by Dr. Doha Muhammad Saeed, and the membership of Dr. Muhammad Siddiq Muhammad, Dr. Habib Idris Issa, and Dr. Nizar Hazem Muhammad, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Department met on Sunday, November 3, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Buthaina Awda Hammadi, under the supervision of Dr. Yusra Walid Ibrahim and in the presence of the faculty members of the department. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure, and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Department.
