In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Nawar Najib Tawfiq, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and his accomplishment of the tasks assigned to him with dedication and sincerity through his work in a number of committees at the University of Mosul, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Qusay Kamal Al-Din Al-Ahmadi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Nawar Najib Tawfiq, wishing him more creativity and giving.
