Headed by Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi and membership of Dr. Abbas Fadhel Saeed, Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein and Dr. Osama Ahmed Muhammad, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Khaled Abdullah Ali under the supervision of Dr. Hashem Muhammad Ahmed and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Public Law Branch.
