In the presence of Dr. Ayser Essam Daoud, Head of the Private Law Department, headed by Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, and the membership of Dr. Ziad Muhammad Shahada and Dr. Ruwa Khalil Ibrahim, the Seminars Committee of the Private Law Department met on Monday, November 18, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the master’s student, Ahkam Youssef Ahmed, under the supervision of Dr. Fares Ali Omar and in the presence of the faculty members of the department. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Private Law Department.
