In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya, one of the lecturers of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, during his tenure in the Scientific Promotions Committee at the University of Tal Afar, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed Abdulaziz, President of Tal Afar University. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Muhammad Yunus Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
