In view of the distinguished scientific and research efforts made by Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris, Rapporteur of the Human Rights Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Ahmed Faris Idris, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
