Dr. Suhad Abdul-Jamal Abdul-Karim, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss the doctoral thesis entitled Food Security in the Scope of Public International Law for the student Nagham Luqman Muhammad / College of Law at Tikrit University. The discussion committee approved the student’s thesis as part of the requirements for obtaining a doctorate in public law. This participation expresses the scientific solidity and prestigious academic standing enjoyed by the professors and lecturers of our dear college and our venerable university.
