In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, one of the lecturers of the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in following up on the tasks of the body supervising the evening study and providing legal consultations, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Ahmed Hamed Ahmed Al-Suwaidi, Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
