Applied Court Practice Training
Under the patronage of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and the members of the College Council, Professor Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department, gave a practical lecture on the Applied Court subject on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, to undergraduate students. A number of members of the College Council attended part of it. During it, Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, gave a speech in which he praised the distinguished efforts made to practice the Applied Court, which gave an impression to specialists in legal affairs and academics about its approach, with its procedures, formations and bodies, to what is practiced in real courts, especially since our college is one of the first colleges at the level of colleges of law and law in Iraq to conduct an Applied Court practice, which has become a practical lesson for undergraduate students. Then, Dr. Muhammad Abbas Hamoudi completed his lecture in which he explained the steps that must be followed when starting trial procedures, which comes in the context of the Applied Court subject, which is one of the practical lessons for college students that aims to Applying theoretical lectures on the ground and preparing students to engage in practical reality and apply what was studied from theoretical lectures in a practical manner. The practical court lectures receive special attention from the college deanship, which sought to form a special hall that included all the requirements of the virtual court. This comes within the framework of the studies, events and student activities aimed at establishing the theoretical reality on the ground.
