Dr. Sahar Muhammad Najib and Dr. Abbas Fadhel Saeed / Department of Public Law at the College of Law at the University of Mosul participated via electronic space in the work of the scientific symposium entitled (Approaches to Effective Renewal of the Penal Idea – Dimensions – Problems – Limits) held by the College of Legal Sciences at Qadi Ayyad University in the Kingdom of Morocco for the period November 29-30, 2024. The participation was represented by the scientific research entitled (Scientific Progress and Its Impact on the Growth of the Crime Phenomenon), and the above participation comes within the plans and programs of the Deanship of our college to motivate its members to participate in the scientific, research, cultural, academic and student activities and events held by colleges, universities and national and international scientific institutions and the role of this in scientific communication, knowledge exchange and review of everything new and innovative in the field of general and precise specialization.
