In continuation of the scientific research movement in the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Jiad Thamer Nayef, one of the lecturers in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has published scientific publications entitled (Voluntary Nullification of Litigation in Civil Suits, Explanation of the Law of Judgments of Advocacy, Capacity in Civil Suits, Voluntary Nullification of Civil Litigation). These publications come within the efforts of our college’s lecturers and members to provide the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations that provide solutions to everything new and innovative, in addition to considering them specialized scientific references that provide legal offices with scientific sources that include modern information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
