In the interest of the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul in the scientific process in our dear college and in the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College and Assistant Professor Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, Head of the Public Law Department, our college hosted on Monday, December 9, 2024, Dr. Adi Talal Mahmoud / Center for Peace Building and Peaceful Coexistence in the Presidency of the University of Mosul, who gave, along with Dr. Qabas Hassan Awad, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department, a specialized scientific lecture to graduate students / doctorate, in which the structure of measuring the impact of legislation was addressed and what it includes in terms of axes related to the need to review the law (the problem) and the parties affected by the draft law and the legal analysis of the legislation and the alternatives or the summary of the report and the potential effects of the legislation. The above lecture represents the extent of the interest of the Deanship of our college in hosting specialized scientific figures and its direct impact on advancing the process of science and creativity, which is one of the basic pillars of development in general and sustainable development in particular, due to its direct connection to the precise specialization of the work of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit And the follow-up that seeks to qualify cadres and interact with the labor market after completing the study with a precise specialization.
