Headed by Dr. Sahar Muhammad Najib and membership of Dr. Muhammad Dhnoon Younis, Dr. Rafel Hassan Hamid and Dr. Hoda Hadi Mahmoud, the Seminars Committee for the Human Rights Law Branch met on Sunday, December 29, 2024, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the master’s student Abdul-Jabbar Rawi Abdul-Jabbar under the supervision of Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Human Rights Law Branch.
