In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, in performing scientific, research and administrative tasks that had a great impact on advancing the scientific, research and academic process, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi. In turn, the Council of the College of Law, its scientific and administrative staff and its students congratulate Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more practical giving and cognitive creativity in our dear college, our venerable university and our proud Iraq.
