In view of the distinguished administrative efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Ziad Abdul-Wahab Abdullah, Head of the Postgraduate Studies Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College, and the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Ziad Abdul-Wahab Abdullah, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
