Communication between the College of Law and the Independent High Electoral Commission

Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, received a delegation from the Independent High Electoral Commission. At the beginning of the meeting, he welcomed the honorable guests, praising the role of the Commission in communicating with state departments and institutions and working to spread the culture related to the electoral process, indicating its role in addressing all issues related to the requirements of the voter registry and the life changes that occur to the voter, referring to the continuous communication between our college and the Independent High Electoral Commission, which culminated in holding many scientific, cultural and community activities aimed at introducing the role of the Commission in the context of its communication with the University of Mosul and the College of Law, directing his deep appreciation for the distinguished efforts that culminated in the distinguished success of the parliamentary elections and provincial council elections. For his part, the visiting delegation extended its sincere thanks and deep appreciation to the Deanship of the College and its scientific and administrative staff for their continuous interaction and cooperation with the Commission. This meeting comes within a series of periodic and ongoing meetings of the Deanship of the College with state departments and institutions aimed at clarifying the role of our college, which It is a specialized scientific edifice in the heart of Mosul, contributing with its peers from the faculties of law and law in Mesopotamia to spreading legal culture and introducing the protected rights recognized by law and the obligations due to the individual and society in a way that contributes to achieving stability, which is the basis for development in all its forms and shapes.
