Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and with the follow-up of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit held its qualifying workshop on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, entitled (Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit – Objectives and Activities), which dealt with defining the most prominent tasks and activities undertaken by the unit and its mechanism for qualifying students and the most prominent qualifying and specialized courses held by the unit for students to enable them to enter the labor market and provide them with the tools that enable them to establish their small and medium projects at low material costs. The workshop was lectured by Assistant Professor Dr. Shaima Abdul Sattar Al-Laila, Head of the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College. This workshop comes within the plans of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to qualify students to integrate them into the labor market and reduce unemployment rates and reliance on public employment.
