Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and with the follow-up of Professor Dr. Ayser Essam Daoud, Head of the Special Branch, and Professor Dr. Mustafa Natiq Saleh, and with the distinguished efforts of Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal Yahya and Assistant Professor Dr. Radwan Hashem Hamdoun, and within the preparations of our college team to participate in the international commercial arbitration competition scheduled to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the current year 2025, the friendly pleading of our college student team with the team of Al-Azhar University / Arab Republic of Egypt took place on Monday evening, January 13, 2025, where our college team demonstrated clear distinction and wonderful ability by presenting the pleadings in their procedural and substantive aspects, in addition to accurately answering the questions of the arbitration panel while adhering to the formal and substantive aspects. The above participation demonstrated the distinguished role and diligent efforts of the college staff supervising the above team through its endeavor to demonstrate the distinguished position of Iraqi universities and their scientific competencies Which has been and still is contributing scientifically, research-wise and academically to presenting research and studies that play a role in developing solutions and treatments for every new and emerging situation that requires solutions and treatments due to the development of life, culture and society.
