In view of the distinguished efforts made by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, with all dedication and sincerity, and his presidency and membership of the preparatory committee for the scientific symposium entitled The Role of Islamic Banks in Promoting Human Financial Rights, which was held by the Human Rights Law Branch on December 5, 2024, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation by Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students congratulate Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, wishing him more creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
