Within the efforts of the Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul and its scientific and administrative staff to advance the scientific process in our beloved Iraq and for the purpose of enabling the researcher and student to view all the latest and new developments in the field of general and precise specialization, Dr. Suha Hamid Salim, one of the lecturers of the Human Rights Law Department in our college, presented to the Central Library in the Presidency of the University of Mosul on Wednesday, February 4, 2025, the following scientific works (Observer State in the United Nations under Public International Law, Pollution of the Outer Space Environment in Public International Law), and Dr. Baida Abdul-Jawad Muhammad, one of the lecturers of the Public Law Department, presented the following scientific works (Popular Referendum and Some of Its Contemporary Applications, Academic Freedom and Its Guarantees / Comparative Study), and the above works represent the tireless role and distinguished efforts of our college’s lecturers and researchers in presenting specialized scientific works, studies and research aimed at developing treatments within a scientific legal framework for cases that require treatments due to scientific and societal development.
