In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Saad Attia Hamad / College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the Public Law Department, Saeed Khudaida Qulu, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
