Headed by Dr. Hashem Ahmed Mohammed and membership of Dr. Noufal Ali Abdullah, Dr. Abbas Fadel Saeed and Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein, the Seminars Committee for the Public Law Branch met on Monday, February 10, 2025, and discussed the project to register the thesis of the doctoral student Abdullah Kassar Mamdouh under the supervision of Dr. Anas Mahmoud Khalaf and in the presence of the faculty members of the branch. After reviewing the importance of the study, its structure and its problems, the committee recommended accepting the registration of the title after making some amendments to it, noting that the student’s studies are in the Public Law Branch.
