In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Habib Obaid Marza / College of Law, University of Babylon in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the master’s student in the private law branch, Ahmed Jamal Daoud, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation delivered to him on behalf of the Deanship of the College by Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs. In turn, the Deanship of the College, the gentlemen members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff and its students congratulate Dr. Habib Obaid Marza, wishing him more practical giving and academic creativity in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university and our proud Iraq.
