In view of the distinguished efforts made by Dr. Murad Saeb Mahmoud / College of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk in supporting scientific, cultural and student activities in our college and his participation in the discussion of the doctoral student in the private law branch, Hanaa Muhammad Mahmoud, he was honored with a certificate of appreciation by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nimat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College.
