Due to the promotion of Dr. Naktal Ibrahim Abdul Rahman, one of the lecturers in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, to the rank of professor, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the College Council, its scientific and administrative staff, and its students, congratulate Dr. Naktal Ibrahim Abdul Rahman, wishing him more practical giving and cognitive creativity in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our dear college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
