Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, the Human Rights Law Department held a scientific workshop on Monday, March 3, 2025, in the Applied Court Hall, entitled (Mass Grave Crimes from a Legal Perspective), where the workshop explained the definition of mass graves and the events that led to them as crimes against humanity committed by the former regime. The workshop witnessed the attendance of college students who directed many questions and inquiries about the topic of the workshop, which were answered in detail by those in charge of it.
