In recognition of the distinguished scholarly efforts and research participation of Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, a lecturer in the Human Rights Law Department, at the Second Constitutional Judiciary Forum, organized by the Federal Supreme Court at the College of Law at the University of Baghdad, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Judge Jassim Mohammed Abboud, President of the Federal Supreme Court. The Deanship of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates Dr. Luqman Othman Ahmed, wishing him continued creativity and dedication in serving the path of knowledge and learning in our beloved college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
