Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Naeem Yasser Al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and with the support of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, and Assistant Professor Dr. Tariq Muhammad Tayeb Al-Qassar, Dean of the College of Political Science, the College of Law, in cooperation with the College of Political Science at the University of Mosul and the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, will hold the fourth annual international scientific conference entitled
