Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law, and within the framework of the developmental training plan for the teaching staff, the Public Law Department, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a developmental training course on Thursday, March 20, 2025, entitled “The Rights and Obligations of Public Employees.” The course featured a number of specialized academic lectures addressing the conceptual framework of public employees, their duties, obligations, and rights. The course was attended and participated by a number of faculty members and academic staff, who posed numerous questions and inquiries about the topic, which were answered in detail by the organizers. The course is part of the plans and programs of the Continuing Education Unit at our college, which aims to develop the skills and administrative expertise of members and employees of government departments and institutions and the public sector.
