Professor Dr. Muhammad Izzat Fadhel, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated in the scientific symposium held by the College of Environmental Sciences at the University of Mosul in cooperation with Al-Noor University and the Department of Studies and Planning/Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency, entitled “The Human Right to a Sustainable, Healthy Environment.” His participation consisted of a research paper entitled “Drafting a Healthy Environmental Policy in Light of the 2005 Iraqi Constitution.” This participation comes within the framework of the Deanship’s plans and programs to encourage its members to participate, communicate, and interact with the scientific, research, cultural, and student activities and events held by the University of Mosul’s colleges and research centers.
