Continuing the scientific research movement at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Ajyad Thamer Nayef, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has published a scientific book entitled “Introduction to Civil Procedure Law / A Comparative Study between Islamic Jurisprudence and Positive Law.” This book is part of the efforts of our college’s lecturers and affiliates to present the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations, providing solutions to all that is new and innovative. It is also considered a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific sources containing up-to-date information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
