Under the patronage and supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, and as part of the college’s series of scientific and student activities, and with the support of several lecturers from the Private Law/Commercial Law Department, a scientific debate was held at our college on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, for undergraduate/third-year students in the Commercial Companies course and for fourth-year students in the Commercial Papers course. It is worth noting that the above debates aim to develop skills, enhance capabilities, and consolidate theoretical knowledge in the student’s mind. The above activity comes as part of the science and learning strategy being adopted and implemented at the College of Law.
