In recognition of the distinguished role of Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Al-Jubouri, Assistant Dean of the College for Administrative and Financial Affairs and Professor of Public International Law at the College of Law, University of Mosul, through his contribution, along with a group of international law professors in Iraq, to ​​the preparation of a draft international convention against hatred, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from the esteemed Prime Minister, Engineer Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani. It is worth noting that the aforementioned committee was assigned its duties pursuant to Diwani Order No. 23908 of 2023. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, the members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, wishing him further creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our beloved college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
