Assistant Professor Dr. Wissam Nemat Ibrahim Al-Saadi, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, chaired a College Council meeting on Monday, April 14, 2025, attended by all members. He conveyed the directives of Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, reviewing the minutes of the Public Law Department’s Graduate Studies Committee and the Human Rights Law Department’s Scientific Committee. He also discussed several official letters received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University of Mosul Presidency. He also formed several discussion committees for graduate students, approving the award of master’s and doctoral degrees to a number of our college graduates/graduate students who have completed their academic and administrative obligations. He emphasized the need to complete all academic matters related to undergraduate and graduate studies, while preparing for the end-of-year exams for undergraduate students and the end-of-second-semester exams for graduate students. The Council also discussed several issues on its agenda, making appropriate decisions and recommendations within the available powers.
