Continuing the scientific research movement at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, Dr. Abdullah Thanoon Al-Sawaf, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has published a scientific book entitled “Liability Resulting from Attacks on Diplomatic Missions in Light of State Weakness.” This book is part of the efforts of our college’s lecturers and researchers to present the latest studies in the field of scientific specializations, offering solutions to all that is new and innovative. It is also considered a specialized scientific reference that provides legal offices with scientific resources containing up-to-date information that students and researchers can benefit from in their studies and research.
