Assistant Professor Dr. Ikram Faleh Ahmed, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in a dialogue session entitled “The Role of Non-Governmental Research Centers in Serving Public Policy and Government Institutions in Iraq.” The session was held under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the Republic by the Research and Studies Department of the Presidency of the Republic. The session took place in the hall of the Baghdad Presidential Palace in the Green Zone. Her participation included an intervention that explained the working mechanisms of these centers, how to address the challenges that hinder their performance, and the role of the Research and Development Department in enhancing their work. This participation is part of a series of scientific, research, and academic contributions by our college members, contributing to the expression of legal opinions and working to spread legal culture among various segments and groups of society.
