On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Ali, Dean of the College of Law at Al-Noor University, visited our college. He extended his warmest congratulations to Professor Dr. Abdulaziz Ramadan Ali, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Mosul, on assuming his duties as Dean of the College. Ali expressed his deep appreciation and gratitude to Al-Noor University for its continuous efforts, which have had a profound impact on the scientific prosperity and cognitive advancement witnessed by the scientific process across our country and Iraq. The two parties also signed the Twinning and Joint Cooperation Agreement, which emphasized the importance of research and academic cooperation, and the establishment of joint scientific and student activities, including joint supervision and the use of specialized laboratories in the field of scientific research. The above agreement is part of the plans and programs of our college’s deanship to open up and communicate with national, regional, and international colleges, universities, and scientific institutions, and its role in developing capabilities and skills, thus contributing to improving the quality of scientific research.
