Professor Dr. Zeina Hazem Khalaf, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, participated online on Friday, April 25, 2025, in the Third International Scientific Forum on Private International Law – Controversial Issues. The forum was organized by the Civil and Real Estate Legal Studies Laboratory and the Master of Civil Legal Studies and Economic Transformations at the College of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences in Marrakech, in partnership with the Master of Real Estate Legal Studies, the Master of Commercial and Business Law, and the Master of Legal Disputes. The participation featured a research paper titled “Recognition and Rejection of Foreign Arbitration Awards in Iraqi Law.” The above participation comes as part of the Deanship of our College’s efforts to communicate and interact scientifically, research-wise, and academically with national, regional, and international colleges, universities, and scientific institutions, and its role in keeping abreast of new developments in the field of general and specific specialization.
