The Council of the College of Law at the University of Mosul extends its warmest congratulations to Assistant Professor Dr. Qais Abdul-Wahab Issa, a lecturer in the Private Law Department, following the issuance of a university order assigning him the duties of Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at our college. This appointment comes after the legal term for the position had expired. The Council also expresses its high appreciation for the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad during his tenure. The Council commends his contributions to developing administrative and financial work and improving the quality of services provided by the college, which has contributed to strengthening its academic and administrative standing.
