Academic Integrity: Effective Steps to Combat Corruption was the title of a scientific workshop at the College of Law.

As part of a series of advisory and awareness-raising activities at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, the Continuing Education Unit at our college, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University of Mosul Presidency, held a virtual training course titled “Academic Integrity: Effective Steps to Combat Corruption” on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. The course featured specialized scientific lectures addressing the role of educational, university, and academic institutions in raising awareness of the dangers of administrative and financial corruption, with a focus on the role of legal academics in clarifying the legal position on the above phenomenon, which constitutes an illegal act that entails responsibility and punishes its perpetrator. This workshop comes as part of our college’s efforts to shed light on the seriousness of phenomena and actions that threaten family stability.
