In recognition of the distinguished efforts made by Professor Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, through his dedication and sincerity in performing the tasks assigned to him during his tenure as Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at our college, he was honored with a letter of thanks and appreciation from Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul. In turn, the Deanship of the College of Law, represented by the President and members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates Dr. Khalaf Ramadan Muhammad, wishing him further creativity and giving in the service of the path of science and knowledge in our beloved college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
