Ministerial Committee to Establish a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Arbitration at the College of Law, University of Fallujah
Assistant Professor Dr. Radwan Hashim Hamdoun, a lecturer in the Private Law Department at the College of Law, University of Mosul, participated in the ministerial committee that visited the College of Law, University of Fallujah, on Sunday, July 13, 2025. The committee reviewed the college’s preparations for the establishment of a postgraduate diploma in commercial arbitration. The committee reviewed the academic and administrative requirements necessary for the establishment of the program in accordance with ministerial instructions. It is worth noting that the postgraduate diploma program is for one year in the field of commercial arbitration. At the conclusion of the visit, the college deanship extended its sincere thanks and appreciation to the chairmanship and members of the ministerial committee, appreciating their efforts in supporting the academic process and developing academic programs.
