Academic Promotion
Based on University Order No. 26121/16/9 dated July 17, 2025, Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, a lecturer in the Public Law Department at the College of Law at the University of Mosul, has been promoted from the rank of Assistant Professor to the rank of Professor. The Deanship of the College, represented by the President and members of the College Council, its academic and administrative staff, and its students, congratulates Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, wishing him further creativity and giving in serving the path of science and knowledge in our beloved college, our venerable university, and our proud Iraq.
