Today, Monday, 28/7/2025, the defense of the master’s thesis at the Faculty of Law submitted by researcher Ahmed Shukr Mahmoud Al-Sababi under the supervision of Professor Dr. Talal Abdul Hussein Al-Badrani, Professor of Criminal Law
The thesis dealt with the topic of the unity of the criminal text and its importance in achieving coherence between criminal legal texts in terms of subject matter and legal structure.
The study aimed to analyze the role of the unity of the criminal text in regulating social behavior by defining criminal acts and their prescribed penalties, in order to ensure justice and legal security.
The thesis also emphasized the importance of judicial and constitutional oversight in ensuring the application of the principle of criminal legality and maintaining the balance of legal texts.
