On Thursday, 31/7/2025, a master’s thesis by Hassan Ali Hassan Al-Rawi, entitled:
“The temporal element of the corner of jurisdiction in the administrative decision (comparative study)”, was defended under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda Younis, under the supervision of Dr. Ali Muhammad Reda Younis.
The thesis sheds light on the concept of the temporal element of the corner of jurisdiction in the administrative decision and its implications, as it constitutes an important axis in ensuring the legitimacy of administrative decisions by adhering to time constraints when exercising administrative powers.
The dissertation aimed to activate the temporal element of jurisdiction when making an administrative decision, as it is an effective means for the administration to carry out its tasks legally, and thus achieve its intended goals.
