Academic Participation of a Faculty Member at the College of Law at the University of Mosul in the University Leadership and Human Resources Development Course
Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Khazal participated this morning, Sunday, September 28, 2025, in the University Leadership and Human Resources Development Course (Legal Skills Focus), organized by the Continuing Education Center at the University of Mosul Presidency. He delivered a lecture entitled: “Introductions to Administrative Investigation / Its Procedures and Guarantees.”
The lecture addressed the most important foundations and controls related to administrative investigations, their legal procedures, and guarantees, while providing practical and realistic examples that helped clarify concepts for participants. The lecture witnessed significant interaction from the attendees, given its importance in developing administrative and legal culture among university leaders and human resources personnel.
This participation comes within the framework of efforts to activate specialized lectures that contribute to enhancing institutional efficiency and disseminating legal and administrative knowledge at our beloved university.
